Warranty & Guarantee Policy

At Duke & Forge, we are committed to delivering premium quality architectural hardware. We back our products with the following warranties to give you peace of mind:

5-Year Limited Mechanical Guarantee

We warrant all Duke & Forge branded products against mechanical defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of verified purchase.

This guarantee covers:

- Failure or malfunction due to a mechanical defect.

This guarantee is valid only when:

- The product is installed in accordance with Duke & Forge’s installation instructions, and

- The product is used in normal conditions with no more than fair wear and tear.

If a product is found to be defective under this guarantee, Duke & Forge will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. Proof of purchase is required.

12-Month Finish Warranty

All Duke & Forge products include a 12-month warranty on surface finish, beginning from the date of verified purchase.

This warranty covers:

 -Peeling, flaking, or significant deterioration of the finish under normal indoor use.

Please note:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

 -Improper cleaning agents

- Exposure to moisture, salt air, or harsh environmental conditions

- Abrasive wear or physical damage

Exclusions and Limitations

These warranties do not apply to:

- Products installed or used in a manner inconsistent with instructions

  • Modifications or alterations to the original product

  • Commercial or outdoor use (unless expressly stated)

  • Normal wear and cosmetic deterioration not affecting function

Duke & Forge’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this policy, to the extent permitted by law.

To make a claim:

  1. Email us at contact@dukeandforge.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.

  2. Our support team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps.
